These Olympic games marked a turning point for Ottavio: not only did he participate as an athlete, but it was at this event that he met Rosita, his future wife and co-founder of the brand. Missoni’s unmistakable style was born from the wedding between Ottavio’s sense of color and Rosita’s creativity for the cut. This style finds its greatest expression in Missoni Home’s dreamlike modern rugs, which are sometime vintage, sometime kaleidoscopic and modern, but always a delight for eye and mind.
